Valves and piping materials for Pakistani refineries
Crude, vacuum, hydrotreating, FCC and utilities: the cast and forged valves, flanges, gaskets and bolting a refinery specifies, in the grades the units need, ready for project orders and turnaround windows.
A refinery runs continuously and a single leaking valve can take a unit down, so refinery piping classes are strict about the valve manufacturer, the body and trim grades and the documentation. Pakistan's refineries at Karachi, Rawalpindi and along the coast were built to international piping classes by European, American and Korean contractors, and their approved vendor lists reflect that: API-licensed manufacturers with full test and material certification.
We supply API 600 cast gate valves, BS 1873 globe valves, API 594 and BS 1868 check valves and API 602 forged small-bore valves in A216 WCB, A217 WC6 and WC9 (chrome-moly for hot hydrocarbon and steam service), A352 LCC and A351 CF8M, with API trim numbers to the piping class, from PK Valve, Bonney Forge, Douglas Chero, OMB, Orion, GWC Italia and L&T Valves. Alongside the valves: ASME B16.5 and B16.47 flanges, B16.9 and B16.11 fittings, spiral-wound and RTJ gaskets and A193 B7 / A194 2H bolting in matching grades.
Turnarounds are where stock matters most. A shutdown window of two to four weeks cannot wait for a factory lead time, so we build turnaround kits from Al Hakim's Dubai inventory: valves by tag list, gasket-and-bolt kits by flange schedule, and spares for existing valves. Air freight to Karachi takes days; customs clearance is handled by AM Enterprises in Karachi; invoicing is in PKR or USD.
