Orion valves for LNG, petrochemical and critical service
Italian cast and forged gate, globe and check valves with a specialisation in cryogenic and bellows-sealed designs, supplied to Pakistani gas and petrochemical projects.
Orion (Rivanazzano Terme, Italy) manufactures cast and forged steel gate, globe and check valves for the energy and process industries, with particular depth in cryogenic valves for LNG and gas-processing plants and in bellows-sealed valves for fugitive-emission control. Body grades span carbon, low-temperature carbon, chrome-moly, austenitic stainless, duplex and nickel alloys; sizes from ½" to 36" and classes from 150 to 2500.
Pakistani LNG terminals, gas processing plants and petrochemical units specify Orion where the valve must be qualified for cryogenic service to BS 6364 or for fugitive emissions to ISO 15848 or API 624. These valves are quoted from the factory with the qualification certificates; standard gate, globe and check valves in carbon steel are supported from Dubai stock.
Supplied with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificates, API 598 test reports, cryogenic or fugitive-emission test certificates where applicable, certificate of origin (Italy) and an authorisation letter for tenders.

What makes a valve cryogenic?
An extended bonnet that keeps the packing at ambient temperature, low-temperature materials (LCC, F316) and a cryogenic test to BS 6364 at −196 °C. Orion builds and tests valves to this specification.
Is Orion stock available?
Standard carbon-steel gate, globe and check valves are supported from Dubai. Cryogenic and bellows-seal valves are factory orders with lead time stated per line.
