Pakistan's gas fields in Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa produce gas with CO₂ and H₂S, which makes NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 material selection a standard requirement, and the operators (OGDCL, PPL, MOL, MPCL, UEP and others) run tender evaluations that reject bids without the manufacturer's API licence, a sour-service declaration and an authorisation letter. Our quotations are built to pass those evaluations.
For wellsites and gathering systems we supply API 6D trunnion and floating ball valves with double block and bleed, vent and drain, fire-safe to API 6FA, in LCC and sour-service trims; API 6D gate and check valves for pipelines; Oliver instrument valves, manifolds and monoflanges for primary isolation; and actuated ESD and blowdown packages with spring-return pneumatic actuators, solenoids and partial-stroke test, assembled and tested in Dubai. For gas processing plants: API 600 gate and BS 1873 globe valves, dual plate check valves, forged API 602 valves, and the matching flanges, fittings, RTJ gaskets and B7M / 2HM bolting.

Questions from oil & gas fields buyers
What changes on a valve for sour service?
Body, trim and bolting materials are limited to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliant grades with controlled hardness, and the manufacturer certifies compliance on the test certificate. State the H₂S partial pressure on the RFQ.
Can you supply the ESD valve as a tested package?
Yes. Valve, actuator, solenoid, switches and PST facility are assembled, stroke-tested and documented in Dubai, with the SIL certificate and sizing calculation attached.
