Valvitalia (Rivanazzano Terme, Italy) manufactures pipeline and process valves for the oil, gas, power and water industries: trunnion-mounted and floating ball valves to API 6D, cast gate, globe and check valves to API 600, BS 1873 and API 594, butterfly valves, insulating joints, and control and safety valves. The group's products are specified by national oil companies and EPC contractors across the Middle East, which is why Valvitalia appears on the approved manufacturer lists of Pakistani gas producers, pipeline operators and refineries.
Through our sister company Al Hakim Flow Control Valves LLC in Dubai we hold Valvitalia valves in stock, mainly API 6D ball valves and API 600 gate valves in carbon and low-temperature carbon steel, Class 150 to 1500. Non-stock items, including sour-service, cryogenic and large-bore valves, are quoted from the factory with lead time stated per line.
Every Valvitalia supply ships with the manufacturer's EN 10204 3.1 material certificates traceable to heat number, API 598 or API 6D test reports per serial number, a certificate of origin showing Italy, and, for tenders, a copy of the manufacturer's API licence and an authorisation letter naming the project.
