Valves for Pakistan's thermal and combined-cycle power stations
Main steam, feedwater, condensate, fuel gas and cooling water: the high-temperature alloy valves and large-bore utility valves power stations specify, for new projects and outage spares.
Pakistan's power fleet, from the gas-fired combined-cycle plants at Bhikki, Balloki and Haveli Bahadur Shah to the coal plants at Sahiwal, Port Qasim and Hub and the older thermal stations, runs on steam and water at pressures and temperatures that dictate the valve: chrome-moly (A217 WC6, WC9, C12A) pressure-seal gate and globe valves for main steam and feedwater, hard-faced trim for high-pressure drops, forged F22 and F91 valves for small-bore steam, and large resilient-seated or triple-offset butterfly valves for cooling water and condenser isolation.
We supply pressure-seal gate, globe and check valves from PK Valve, GWC Italia and L&T Valves in Class 900 to 2500; forged API 602 valves in F11, F22 and F91 from Douglas Chero, OMB and Bonney Forge; butterfly valves from 8" to 72" from GWC Italia, L&T and 3D Valve; dual plate and swing check valves for pump discharge; and the A335 P11/P22/P91 pipe, WP22 fittings, B16 and B7 bolting and graphite-filled gaskets that go with them. Fuel-gas lines take API 6D ball valves and actuated ESD packages.
Outage spares follow the same calendar logic as refinery turnarounds: we confirm stock in Dubai against your tag list before the outage and air-freight to Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad with customs cleared by AM Enterprises.

Questions from power & heavy industry buyers
Can you supply butt-weld end valves for steam lines?
Yes. Gate, globe and check valves are supplied with butt-weld ends bevelled to ASME B16.25 to match the pipe schedule you specify, in WC6, WC9 and C12A grades.
Do you supply F91 / P91 materials?
Yes, as factory orders with the heat treatment records and hardness tests the grade requires, and PMI on request.
