Overview
Butterfly valves are compact, light and economical in large sizes, which is why they dominate water treatment, cooling water, desalination and HVAC lines. Metal-seated triple offset designs extend the same geometry to high-temperature and hydrocarbon service, with zero-leakage shut-off and fire-safe certification.
We supply resilient-seated valves with EPDM, NBR and PTFE liners for water and mild chemical service, double offset high-performance valves for general process duty, and triple offset valves to API 609 Category B for steam, hot oil and hydrocarbons.
Bodies are available in ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex, with discs in stainless, aluminium bronze or super duplex for seawater. Gear operators are standard above 8"; electric and pneumatic actuation packages are assembled and tested in our partner's Dubai workshop.

Frequently asked questions
What is a triple offset butterfly valve?
The disc and seat are machined as a cone with three geometric offsets, so the disc lifts off the seat without rubbing. This gives metal-to-metal, zero-leakage shut-off suitable for high temperature and fire-safe service.
Wafer or lug body?
Wafer valves sit between two flanges and are cheaper. Lug valves have threaded holes so the downstream pipe can be removed with the valve still holding pressure, which is needed for end-of-line and maintenance isolation.
Do you supply large-diameter butterfly valves for hydropower?
Yes, double flanged valves up to 72" with gear or hydraulic operation and counterweights where required.
