Pakistan's fertilizer industry, concentrated in the Punjab and Sindh gas belt, runs some of the most demanding valve services in the country: synthesis-gas loops at Class 1500 and 2500, hot ammonia, urea carbamate solution that attacks ordinary stainless steels, and CO₂ at high pressure. The plants were built by European, American and Japanese contractors and their piping classes call for pressure-seal gate valves, chrome-moly and stainless bodies, and special grades such as 316L urea grade and 25-22-2 for carbamate service.
We supply pressure-seal and bolted-bonnet gate, globe and check valves in Class 900 to 2500 from PK Valve, GWC Italia, L&T and Douglas Chero; forged API 602 valves in F11, F22 and F316L; stainless and duplex ball valves; and the flanges, fittings, spiral-wound and RTJ gaskets and B7, B16 and B8M bolting that go with them. Urea-grade and special-alloy items are quoted from the factory with the material certificate and corrosion test (Huey test) results where the specification requires them.
Fertilizer plants in Pakistan run annual turnarounds on a fixed calendar; we hold common high-class valves and gasket-and-bolt kits in Dubai so turnaround orders can be confirmed from stock, and quote factory items early enough to meet the shutdown.
