Oliver Valves (Knutsford, United Kingdom) manufactures instrumentation valves for the oil, gas and process industries: needle and gauge valves, 2-, 3- and 5-valve manifolds, monoflanges, double block and bleed valves (needle-needle-needle and ball-needle-ball), and process-size DBB valves, in 316L stainless, duplex, super duplex, 6Mo, Monel, Inconel and Hastelloy, rated to 10,000 psi and above and fire-tested to API 607 and ISO 10497.
Pakistani gas producers, refineries and EPC contractors specify Oliver for primary and secondary isolation on instrument lines, for chemical injection and sampling points, and for compact DBB isolation where a conventional two-valve-and-spool arrangement would be too heavy. Al Hakim holds the common 316 needle valves, manifolds and DBB valves in stock in Dubai; alloy and project quantities are quoted from the factory.
Each valve is serial-numbered and ships with a material certificate, a hydrostatic test certificate, certificate of origin (United Kingdom) and the manufacturer's authorisation letter for tenders.

What is a double block and bleed valve?
Two isolation valves and a bleed valve in one body. The line is isolated by the first valve, the second valve provides a backup, and the bleed between them proves the isolation and vents any leakage before the line is opened.
Can Oliver valves be supplied for sour gas?
Yes. Oliver valves are available in NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliant materials for H₂S service; state the requirement on the RFQ.
