Petrochemical and chemical plants in Pakistan, from PTA and polyester units to PVC, caustic-chlorine and specialty chemicals, select valves on corrosion resistance and emission control rather than pressure. Piping classes call for A351 CF8M and CF3M cast bodies, F316L and duplex forgings, nickel-alloy trims, PTFE-lined or bellows-sealed designs, and fugitive-emission qualification to ISO 15848 or API 624.
We supply stainless and duplex gate, globe and check valves from GWC Italia, L&T Valves, PK Valve and Orion; bellows-sealed gate and globe valves from Douglas Chero and Orion; stainless and alloy forged valves from OMB and Douglas Chero; stainless ball valves with PTFE, RPTFE and PEEK seats from Valvitalia, GWC and FBV; and triple-offset butterfly valves for hot and corrosive isolation. Piping materials in A312 TP316L, A403 WP316L, A182 F316L and F51, PTFE and PTFE-filler gaskets and B8M bolting complete the line class.
Lined valves, exotic alloys (Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, titanium) and special seat materials are sourced through Al Hakim's manufacturer network and quoted with the full material certificate.

Questions from petrochemicals buyers
Can you supply valves with positive material identification (PMI)?
Yes. PMI testing on stainless and alloy valves and piping is carried out in Dubai or by a third-party inspector before shipment, with the report attached.
Which fugitive-emission standard applies?
ISO 15848-1 (type testing) or API 624 (rising-stem valves) and API 641 (quarter-turn valves). State the standard and class in the RFQ; we quote valves with the manufacturer's qualification certificate.
