Overview
Remote-operated and automated valves are supplied as one package: valve, actuator, mounting kit, controls and accessories, assembled and function tested before dispatch. You receive a single, documented item that is ready to wire or pipe up on site, rather than components to match and mount yourself.
Our partner's workshop in Dubai mounts electric actuators (multi-turn and quarter-turn, from major brands) and pneumatic actuators (double acting and spring return) onto ball, butterfly, gate and globe valves, and fits solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners, filter regulators and local control stations to your control philosophy.
Packages are supplied for on/off isolation, modulating control, and emergency shutdown (ESD) with fail-safe positions, partial-stroke test options and SIL-rated components where the safety case demands them.

Frequently asked questions
Electric or pneumatic actuator?
Pneumatic actuators are simpler, faster and fail-safe by spring, so they are preferred for ESD and where instrument air exists. Electric actuators suit remote sites without air, modulating duty and large multi-turn valves.
Can you match an existing actuator brand on site?
Yes. Tell us the brand and model in use and we will supply matching actuators so spares and control wiring stay standard across the plant.
Is a factory acceptance test (FAT) included?
Every package is function tested, and we provide the test record. Witnessed FAT by your inspector or a third party can be arranged in Dubai.
