Stock valves, made to your specification
Most project specifications ask for something a standard stock valve does not have: a different trim, an extended bonnet, a gear operator, an actuator, a coating or a witnessed test. Our partner's Dubai workshop does that work before the valve ships.
Modification
- Trim changes (stellite, 316, Monel, NACE-compliant trims)
- End connection changes: RF to RTJ, flanged to butt weld, adding flanged ends to forged valves
- Extended bonnets for cryogenic and insulated lines
- Bolting, packing and gasket changes to the project material specification
- Gear operator, handwheel, chain wheel and locking device installation
- Bypass, drain and vent connections
Testing and inspection
- Hydrostatic shell and seat testing to API 598 and API 6D, including high-pressure and low-pressure air seat tests
- Cryogenic testing for LNG and low-temperature service
- Fugitive-emission testing to ISO 15848 on request
- NDE: dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic and radiographic inspection through approved agencies
- Positive material identification (PMI) and hardness testing
- Witnessed tests and third-party inspection by your nominated agency, with inspection release notes
Finishing and protection
- Colour coding and tagging to your plant standard
- Hot-dip galvanizing, FBE and PE coating for buried and offshore service
- Export packing, seaworthy crating and desiccant protection
Valve automation
Ball, butterfly, gate and globe valves are mounted with electric or pneumatic actuators, fitted with solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners and filter regulators, and function tested as complete packages for on/off, modulating and emergency shutdown duty. Procurement support
- Line-by-line technical review of RFQs, BOQs and MTOs against the specification
- Itemised and partial quotations for tenders, with alternatives where the specified item is long-delivery
- Consolidation of valves, flanges, gaskets and bolting into one shipment with one document package
- Import, customs clearance and site delivery in Pakistan, with local invoicing
