Documentation is part of the product. Each shipment comes with the certificates your inspectors and auditors ask for, checked before it leaves the UAE, so receiving at site is quick and clean.
Standard document package
- Material test certificate, EN 10204 3.1: chemical composition and mechanical properties of the pressure-containing parts, traceable to heat number marked on the item. 3.2 certification by an independent inspector is available on request.
- Pressure test report, API 598 / API 6D: shell test, high-pressure and low-pressure seat tests, with test pressures, duration and acceptance criteria recorded per serial number.
- Certificate of origin: confirms the country of manufacture of every item, matching the manufacturer and origin stated in our quotation.
- Manufacturer's certificate of conformity: statement that the valve or fitting conforms to the design standard and the purchase order.
- Packing list and marking: items tagged with PO line number, tag number and heat number for easy receiving.

Our supply partner's workshop
Modification, testing and actuation are carried out in the Dubai workshop of Al Hakim Flow Control Valves LLC, with calibrated test equipment and documented procedures. Witnessed testing and third-party inspection can be arranged there before shipment to Pakistan, saving time at site.
Receiving at site
We check every document package against the purchase order before dispatch, so that heat numbers on the certificates match the items in the crate and the markings on the valves. If your inspector needs a particular format, tell us at enquiry stage and we will build the package to suit.
