Who we are

AM Enterprises is a Karachi-based supplier of industrial valves, piping materials and related products for Pakistan's oil and gas, refinery, fertilizer, petrochemical, power and process industries. We are a member of the Ajabshah Group, a family business operating since 1980 in real estate development, industrial manufacturing and industrial supply, in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.

Our customers include engineering contractors, plant maintenance departments, procurement teams and trading houses that need the right product, to the right specification, with the right paperwork, delivered on time.

What makes us different

Local presence, regional stock

We invoice locally from Karachi in PKR or USD, handle import and customs clearance ourselves, and deliver to any plant site in Pakistan. Behind that local service is a supply partnership with Al Hakim Flow Control Valves LLC, a Dubai stockist and distributor holding more than ten million dollars of valves and piping materials in a 20,000 square foot warehouse, with an in-house workshop for modification, testing and automation.

Approved brands only

We supply manufacturers that appear on the approved vendor lists of Pakistani oil, gas, fertilizer and power companies: Valvitalia, GWC Italia, Douglas Chero, OMB, Orion and others from Italy, Bonney Forge from the USA, PK Valve from South Korea and Oliver Valves from the United Kingdom. The country of origin is confirmed on the certificates of every supply.

Documentation you can audit

Every shipment leaves the UAE with EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates traceable to heat number, API 598 pressure test reports, a certificate of origin and, where the order requires, NACE MR0175, fire-safe and third-party inspection documents. Receiving at site is quick and clean.

Where we work

Our focus is Pakistan, from Karachi and the coastal refineries to the gas fields of Sindh and Balochistan, the fertilizer belt of Punjab and the hydropower projects of the north. Through our UAE office we also serve customers in the GCC and handle export enquiries from further afield.
